A command center is only as good as the decisions it supports. Too many control rooms start with a video wall specification and end with operators who still pick up the phone to find out what is happening.
Start from the operating picture
Before we draw a single console, we map the questions operators must answer in the first five minutes of an incident: what happened, where, how bad, and who owns the next step. The room layout, displays and back-end integrations are designed backwards from those answers.

Operators trust a room when the screen in front of them matches what is happening on the ground.
The final step is training. A well-built room with untrained operators is still a blind spot.
